Mumbai Style Masala Pav

First slit the pav. And toss pav from both sides for 10 second in pan by using butter.

I same pan add butter or oil to heat, now add ginger garlic paste Or chopped one. Then add onion, just fry for one minute.

Now add tomatoes fry for 1 minute. Then add capcium and fry for 2 minute. Then add all masala like salt, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala & chat masala. (Be careful chat masala also contain salt) (if you want you can add boiled potatoes with capcium)

Take out in one plate & Let it cool down for 2 minute and add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Stuff pav with this masala and grated cheese.

Add butter in same pan and again toss stuffed pav from all sides.

Your Mumbai Style Masala Pav is ready, serve with chopped onion, sev bhujiya, chutney or sauce. Enjoy!!!
