  1. 200 gramschicken, cleaned, skinless and boneless, chopped
  2. 1large green onion
  3. 2carrots
  4. 100 gramsraw almonds, skinless
  5. 1 cupbroth
  6. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  7. Sea salt
  8. Sunflower oil
  9. SAUCE:
  10. 100 mlsoy sauce
  11. 2 tablespoonsrice vinegar
  12. 1-2 clovesgarlic, minced
  13. 1/2 tablespoonpanela sugar
  14. 2 teaspoonsgrated ginger
  15. 1/4 cupwater
  16. 4 tablespoonssesame oil

    Peel and cut the green onion and carrots into sticks. Sauté in two tablespoons of sunflower oil. Toast the almonds in a pan without any fat. In a wok, sauté the chicken pieces.

    Mix the sauce ingredients and add to the chicken, let it cook for 3 minutes, then add the green onion and carrots. Stir. Adjust salt if necessary. Add the broth and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with white rice.
