Ingredients

  1. 1 poundhalibut,cod or salmon
  2. 4eggs
  3. 2 teaspoonsanchovy paste
  4. Little salt
  5. Little pepper
  6. 1 cupbread crumbs
  7. Milk to moisten crumbs
  8. Paprika

Cooking Instructions

    Boil fish,cool,separate in small pieces,add bread crumbs,well beaten eggs,mix well. Place in well-buttered ring mold,steam 11/2 hours,or until firm. Serve with cream sauce,cover with hard boiled eggs put through ricer. Use green peas in center of ring. To prevent odor of fish while cooking,squeeze lemon juice on both sides of fish wrap in wax paper,let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
