  1. 2green mangoes
  2. 1&1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 pinches Salt
  4. 1red chilli
  5. 1/3 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 1/3 tspturmeric power
  7. 1 tspmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the mangoes with grater.

    In a pan hot the oil and put red chilli, mustard seeds into the oil.

    Then put the grated mango into the pan and give turmeric power,Sault and mixed with grated mangoes.

    After a min give 2 cups water.

  5. 5

    After 5 mins put sugar into it.

  6. 6

    After 10 mins turn off the gas.
