Peel off bitter gourd. Wash then let them dry. After that make a mixture of salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and coriander powder and fill it into bitter gourd. Take a pan with oil. Deep fry bitter gourd until golden brown in colour.

Take another pan. Take 2 tsp oil add chopped onions. Cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame. After that add fried bitter gourd in onion and cook it again for 5 minutes.
