Ingredients

  1. 500 gFlour
  2. Yeast(instant)
  3. Salt½tsp
  4. Margarine30g
  5. Sugar80g
  6. 1 pcEggs
  7. Water/milk250ml
  8. 2 teaspoonCardamons

Cooking Instructions

    Weigh all the ingredient and don't expose the yeast, cover it in the measured flour

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add luke warm water/milk into the bowl and knead into smooth soft dough

  4. 4

    Allow it to proof for 30 min in a warm place.

  5. 5

    Roll the dough and cut the doughnuts

  6. 6

    Allow it to proof again for about 30min and deep fry in hot oil.
