Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2/3 cupevaporated milk
  2. 2 Tbsmargarine
  3. 1 (6 oz)pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
  4. 2large eggs, beaten
  5. 1 cuppecans, chopped
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 2 Tbsflour
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspvanilla extract
  10. 1 (9 inch)pie crust, unbaked

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    In small sauce pan, combine milk, margarine, and chocolate chips. Place over low heat and stir constantly until chips melt. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Omni new next 6 ingredients. Stir in chocolate mixture. Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool slightly.

    Serve warm or cold, with or without ice cream and/or whipped topping.
