Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 250 gramsFresh coriander
  • 1/2 Scrapped coconut-
  • 3 tbspKhuskhus
  • 9-10cashews finely chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon-
  • 1/4th cup-Peanut grated
  • 2 cupsBesan
  • 1 pinchHing
  • 1 small tbspSugar-
  • as per your tasteSalt
  • 2small chilli,
  • 1small piece of ginger
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • As required Curd(optional)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind ginger garlic and chilli in mortar and pestle

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients and make the filling, it should looking like pic

    Make a dough with besan, pinch of hing, salt and 2 tbsp oil

    Fill the filling in small roti of besan dough and give it a shape of a long pocket. You can use curd to make the ends stick together.
    *fry in oil and enjoy this unique dish
