Ingredients

  1. 300 gsesame seeds
  2. 1/3 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 cuphoney
  4. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Fry sesame until it's brownish

    Melt sugar and honey until you ger a bubbly clear syrup

  3. 3

    Add 1/3 table spoon of salt and pour the sesame seed. Mix well

  4. 4

    Pour into a baking sheet. Cover with another baking sheet and flatten to one big square about 1 centimeter thick.

    Take off the top baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes on 180°C

  6. 6

    Take out, let cool for 1 minute.

  7. 7

    Cut into little squared cookies and let cool
