Steps

First take refined flour in bowl. Now add turmeric, white chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt. Heat the ghee warmly and add into the bowl. Add 200 ml water and make hard dough

Divide the dough into three parts. Combine 8 teaspoons of water and 8 teaspoons of oil, put oil and water in a non-stick pan and put one third of
part of dough th in it. Then heat the oil-water flour mixture on the gas. Keep shaking. Bake the flour well. Bake in a way that does not look raw. - 3
Now take the remaining two parts. Make 2 large rotis and keep one roti on another one roti. Roll it round. Put this roll in an air tight container for 1 hour.

Then take it out again and knead the dough well and make small loaves. Take a loaf and make round. To make 2-3 holes with a fork. Heat the oil. Deep fry them on slow flame.

Serve with tea or mango ras.
