Crunch boil potato and mix with sabudana wet, add some green chilli, salt, red chilli, mixed all of them

Then put circle tikki and puch little and put into hot oil and leave it for 5 to 10 mins, when it colour turn brown then take out from kadai, then serve it and have it and enjoy it include green chutney
