I am diabetic so this is a low carb low fat dish. It's pretty tasty too!

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1 LBbeef liver
  2. 1-2 tblssoy sauce
  3. 1-2 tblsoyster sauce
  4. As neededOil to coat pan
  5. 1Onion (optional)
  6. As neededGinger knob, minced (optional)
  7. 1 tblsminced garlic (optional)
  8. Whatever veg you have (optional)
  9. Cilantro and/or spring onion (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to hot pan.

  2. 2

    If you use onion and ginger and garlic add it and cook till softened.

  3. 3

    Add rinsed, dried and sliced beef liver, cook until browned add veg (optional), stir fry for 5 mins then add sauces.

  4. 4

    Stir fry and coat everything and cook everything to your like. Add cilantro to wilt then add spring onion to serve.

My grandfather loves liver. He also loves Chinese food. I decided this was a good idea; turns out it was!
