Crush the bajri in mixer jar by adding little water

Boil water in a cooker..add salt and ghee

Add washed dal and stir
- 4
Once it starts boiling add bajri and stir continuously till one boil
- 5
Cover the lid and cook till 2 whistles on low medium flame.

Once whistle releases the pressure open the cooker and check... if it is still watery cook for 2 mins without covering the lid (optional)

Serve the khichdi with ghee on top
