Take Wheat Flour.Add Rock Salt & Oil/Ghee In It.Make A Dough.

Now Mash The Boiled Potatoes. Add All The Spices,Rock Salt & Coriander Leaves.

Now Roll Out The Dough Into A Roti & Spread The Potato Mixture Evenly On Top Of It.

Now Roll The Roti Very Carefully.

Cut The Roll Into Cubes Of Equal Sizes.

Now Press & Flatten Each Cube Into Pinwheel Shapes

And Finally Shallow Fry In Cow Ghee In Low To Medium Flame Till Crispy.Serve Hot.
