Ingredients

  • 200 gmsArbi
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tspPanch foron (jeera,rai,saunf,methi,and kalonji)
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspKasouri methi
  • 1/2 tspMaggi masala
  • 1/2 tspChopped green chilli
  • 1 pinchHing

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the arbi. Remove its peel and cut horizontally.

    In a pan take oil and tempering with red chilli and panch foron. When panch foron start toa crackle add hing and another dry masala.

    Add boiled Arbi. Cook for some times. In between add little water. Arbi masala is ready within 10 minutes.
