Idli dhokla

In a medium bowl add besan, sooji, and curd.

Now add ginger, garlic paste, some chopped leaves of coriander, turmeric powder, and salt mix well with half cup water. The batter should not be very thick or thin.

Keep the batter aside for 10 to 15 mins.

After 10 mins, add eno just mix with the batter. Grease the idli stand with oil.

Now pour the batter into the molds and arrange the molds on the stand.

Let us cook the idlis.Heat 2 cups of water in a vessel. Place the stand inside it & cover it with low to medium flame and steam for 15 mins.

After 15 min. check the idli dhokla with the help of a knife. If the knife comes out clean then the idli dhokla is ready. keep the flame off.

Now separate the idlis from the molds with help of a knife.

Meanwhile, let's prepare tadka(tempering)for the idlis.

Heat oil in a pan adds black mustard seeds, Cummin seeds when the seeds splutter put kadhi leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies add half a cup water followed by sugar and salt.

Cook this tadka for 1 to 2 mins.

Arrange them in the plate and pour tempering over the idli dhokla followed by grated coconut. This idli dhokla is a super delicious serve with any chutney of your choice.
