
Cooking Instructions

Marinate pork with oyster sauce, soy sauce, soda and chopped garlic. Set aside

Heat cooking pan and add oil

Add onions and cook until onions starts to change color

Add marinated pork with sauce
- 5
Cover and wait until pork is half cooked
- 6
Add 500ml water
- 7
Add knorr pork cubes and laurel leaf
- 8
Cook for 20 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste

❤️Based from my Ate's adobo recipe but i made mistake with tantsa method of my Ate hahaha and the taste is too salty so i added water and sugar to lessen the saltiness and more water then it became tasteless i saw an oyster sauce tried to put some then boom -- it taste wonderful. This is a classic filipino dinner at our house. Super easy to make and it’s done in no time! There are different variations; chicken, or chicken and pork, or even shrimp!
