Firstly boil pasta in a pan for 10 to 15 mins. Add salt as per your taste. Remove after 15 mins and add 2 tbsp of oil so that pasta do not stick with each other.

For red sauce :: Take a pan. Heat 2 tbsp of butter, add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour. Now add milk and mix properly so that no lumps should occur. Add 4 to 5 tbsp schezwan chutney and finely chopped veggies. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of mayonnaise.

Now add boiled pasta and black pepper and pasta tastemaker. Mix properly.

Further heat oil in a pan. Fry the puris

Further make a hole in the puris and fill ready pasta in it. Garnish with mayonnaise and serve
