  1. 7 piecesmedium size carrots
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. 1/2 cup khoya
  5. 3cardamom pods

    Wash the carrots grate it then add ghee in a pan cook it until it becomes soft then add sugar, cardamom pods keep stirring until it evaporates all water

    Now add khoya in a plate mash it, transfer the carrot mixture in a plate then start making the laddu

  3. 3

    Now take a small portion from the carrot mixture, flat it put some khoya stuffing in the Center, now seal the edges, give it a laddu shape
