All-purpose Tartar-style Dill Sauce

I used the dill that I grew myself, and tried making some tartar-stye sauce with it. I tasted one spoonful and loved it.

Adjust the amount of dill to your liking. This sauce has the flavor of mayonnaise and the saltiness of caper, so I didn't add any salt.
If you are using it as a sandwich filling, reduce the amount of milk.
Make it as runny or thick as you'd like. Recipe by KT121
