Butter-Free Easy Scones Made with Pancake Mix

I created this recipe because I wanted to eat scones after making steamed buns.
I made quick and easy scones without butter.
If you have a sweet tooth, you'll find these delicious with more chocolate.
Please make sure the chocolate is not touching the baking sheet. If it is, it will get burned, and will be hard to get it off, so please be careful. Recipe by Umihime

I'm currently obsessed with making snacks using pancake mix.If you lay on the dough thickly, they come out fluffy. If you make them thin, they come out crispy. Adding cocoa powder increases the crunchy texture. (The moist texture decreases.) Anyway, if you just remember the Steps, you can easily make these at anytime you want. It's a convenient recipe. They're a bit different from English scones and rather remind me of the ones you can buy at Starbucks. This recipe uses only a little butter. You could make it with oil instead.Once you've cut the scones with a knife, please don't touch the edges. This recipe doesn't use a lot of butter so it may be hard to gather the dough into one piece. If you're finding it difficult then please add an extra 1 tablespoon of milk. Recipe by tama-ma cookpad.japan -
