Garlic ranch chicken tenders

Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts cut in half to thin them and cut into 1 inch wide strips
  2. 4-5eggs
  3. 2 tablespoonsheavy cream
  4. 1 tablespoonranch seasoning
  5. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1/4 teaspoonpaprika
  7. 1/4 teaspoononion powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoonItalian herbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat fryer or 2 inches of oil to 350. Cut chicken as directed. Mix spices in with flour.

  2. 2

    Dip chicken strips into flour then egg then flour and fry until golden brown and they float or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
