In bowl add refined and fresh pearl millet and make a soft dough with little water applying. Mash it for 2mints to make perfect roti.

After makes balls from dough and warp it in wheat flour and roll in round shape. Also roll with free hand.

Than put in tawa in low flame heated. Spread some water over it. When roti colour little golden turn other side in medium flame and bake well.its ready to serve. Applying melted ghee over it for yummy taste.
