Eggless plum cake
Steps

Heat a kadai, add 1/2 cup of sugar to the kadai.

Boil one and half cup of water in a bowl.

Keep stirring the sugar in the kadai on low flame.

When the sugar turns to syrup, add boiled water.

Take one and half cup of the mixed dry fruits.

Add the dry fruits to prepared caramel syrup and mix it well.

Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Add 1/2 cup of condensed milk and 3/4 cup of butter to a bowl.

Add little bit of baking soda and baking powder to the batter.

Add 1 cup of maida to the batter.

Now add the caramelised syrup to batter.

Grease a cake mould with butter.

Pour the batter into the cake mould.

Put 2 and half glasses of salt in a cooker.

Place a bowl and stand in the cooker as shown.

Place the cake mould in the cooker and heat it for 45 - 50 mins.

Your delicious plum cake is ready now
