Methi and Palak ke Pakode
Steps

Cut the potato into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all potato pieces.

Take a bowl add besan, and chopped leaves of methi and palak, fried potatoes and onions.

Add salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and crushed coriander seeds in besan.

Add water and make thick pakoda batter.
- 5
Heat oil in a pan or kadhai, half fry all pakodas and take it out on a tissue paper.

After 2 minute, Once again deep fry all pakodas till golden colour.

Methi and palak pakodas are ready to serve. Serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney.
