In a grinder grind all veggies to a paste.

In a big bowl add ragi flour put the veggies paste into it also add ginger paste+ all masala ingredients combine well.

Now knead the flour with little by little water to a fine dough.

Now take small portion of the dough try to make roti with the help of rolling pin.As it is difficult to make roti from this flour so use Butter paper or cling sheet.

Heat tawa prepare theple one by one with little oil to both sides and cook till light brown.

Light crisp from both sides.Then serve with curd,pickle,tea or chutney as per choice.
