Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsMilk
  2. 1 cupsFresh cream
  3. 2 cupsSugar
  4. as per tasteWaffers
  5. as requiredCherry
  6. 1/4 cupBanana
  7. 1/4 cupApple
  8. 1/4 cupMango
  9. 2 tbspCustard powder

    First of all for making ice cream take a cup full of fresh cream and whip it for 2-3 minutes till it becomes light and creamy.

    Whip it soo well and you can add food color as per your choice and mix it well.

    Now turn it to a mould and refrigerate it for 4-5 hrs.
    Ice cream is ready.

    On the other hand fine chop all the dry fruits and fresh fruits for plating.

    Now For making custard liquid take a vessel and add 2 cups of milk and bring it to a boil.

    Now add 2tbsp custard powder and 3tbsp sugar to it and mix it well until it becomes thick.

    Let the mixture cools down and your custard is ready keep it aside.

    Now comes the assembling part soo mix the fruits and dry fruits into the custard liquid.(make sure the custard liquid shoud be very thick)

    Now take a serving bowl and add the custard fruits into it.

    Put 1scoop of ice cream on the top of it garnishing with some waffers and cherries on the top.

    Ready to eat.
