Melt butter in a pan. Add in the flour and roast it till light brown.

First add in half of the milk into the pan, whisk it properly assuring no formation of lumps. Now add in the rest of milk. Make sure there are no lumps of the flour in the sauce. (If you still get a few lumps out there & you are not able to dissolve them with spatula/whisk, try using a hand blender for a few seconds but be very careful to not to splash out the hot sauce over yourself)

Once you get a lump free sauce, add in cheese, salt, pepper, herbs, chilli flakes & corns (I've used only corns in this recipe, no doubt you can use any vegetables/meat you'd like, but they should boiled/cooked before you add them into the sauce). Give a good mix & let the cheese melt completely in the sauce.

Now add in the boiled pasta and mix it properly ensuring that all the pasta gets coated properly with the cheese-sauce. Leave it for a minute on low flame so that the pasta absorbs all the flavours.

Garnish the pasta with some more cheese for the extra creaminess or just have it as it is. Its amazing!
