Easy, Sweet, and Delicious French Toast

My mum makes this French toast for me. It’s always so nice. So, I asked her for the recipe this time and modified a little bit to upload it.
In Step 1, beat well to combine the egg whites.
You can cut a thick slice of bread into your desired sizes. Cut in half or quarters.
Please adjust the heat when you cook.
I usually cook over medium heat.
You don’t have to soak it in the egg mixture for too long. Recipe by Hinarin

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Whisk the ★ ingredients until well blended. Combine the egg white well.
- 2
I used this small beater.
- 3
Cut a slice of bread into the desired sizes. Here I cut a slice into 6 pieces.
- 4
Dip the cut bread into the Step 1 mixture and allow the bread to soak.
- 5
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add butter or margarine. Then, transfer the bread from Step 4 and cook. If there's leftover egg mixture, dip the bread in it again.
- 6
Fry both sides until golden brown. Adding butter or margarine at the end adds extra flavour.
- 7
Serve on a plate with honey, maple syrup, or other toppings as desired

Sweet Joy! French Toast Jam Sandwich Sweet Joy! French Toast Jam Sandwich
I love sweets! Forgive me for eating sweet toast first thing in the morning! To make it easier to flip, don't cut the sliced bread all the way through. The key to this recipe is filling the French toast with jam, so feel free to use whatever recipe you like for the French toast (for the egg dredging ingredients or ratio of other ingredients...for example, using sugar instead of honey)! Easy and Exquisite French Toast Easy and Exquisite French Toast
My baguettes were getting hard, so I used them to make french toast. To make it more glamorous, I added brandy and vanilla essence just like how I regularly make whipped cream. It was so delicious that I posted the recipe. You could slightly modify the amount of sugar. If you like it less sweet, decrease to 1.5 tablespoon. It will become more sweet when served with honey or maple syrup, so you could adjust the sweetness there, if you'd like.
