My mum makes this French toast for me. It’s always so nice. So, I asked her for the recipe this time and modified a little bit to upload it.

In Step 1, beat well to combine the egg whites.
You can cut a thick slice of bread into your desired sizes. Cut in half or quarters.
Please adjust the heat when you cook.
I usually cook over medium heat.
You don’t have to soak it in the egg mixture for too long. Recipe by Hinarin

Ingredients

  1. 2 sliceSliced bread
  2. 2★Egg
  3. 4 tbsp★Milk
  4. 2 tbsp★Sugar
  5. 1★Vanilla essence
  6. 1Margarine or butter
  7. 1Honey, etc.

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Whisk the ★ ingredients until well blended. Combine the egg white well.

  2. 2

    I used this small beater.

  3. 3

Cut a slice of bread into the desired sizes. Here I cut a slice into 6 pieces.

  4. 4

Dip the cut bread into the Step 1 mixture and allow the bread to soak.

  5. 5

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add butter or margarine. Then, transfer the bread from Step 4 and cook. If there's leftover egg mixture, dip the bread in it again.

  6. 6

Fry both sides until golden brown. Adding butter or margarine at the end adds extra flavour.

  7. 7

Serve on a plate with honey, maple syrup, or other toppings as desired
