Palak Dhokla with chutney

Wash the palak and grind to a smooth puree. Take 2 cups of idli batter and add the puree, salt and soda. Mix well.

In a steamer, grease a tray with butter and spread the palak batter. Cover the vessel and steam it for 12-15 minutes.

Remove the tray and allow it to cool. When cooled, cut in square or diamond shapes. Heat oil in a wok. Allow the mustard seed and sesame seed to crackle. Then add green chili and curry leaves.

Sprinkle it over the dhokla's. Serve it with tea and green chutney
