Today I have made the sandwich.
The sandwich is the best option in breakfast.
It's very healthy and light because I'm using fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

30 minutes
4 serving
  1. 1 Packetbread
  2. 10potatoes
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1capsicum
  5. 2 spoonscoriander leaves
  6. 2green chili
  7. 1 inchginger
  8. 1/3 tsp red chilli powder
  9. as per requirementSalt
  10. 5 spoonsghee

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly boil the potatoes, and chop the vegetables, Chilli, coriander and Ginger.

    Peel off and mash the potatoes,
    Add chop vegetables, salt,red chilli powder, green chili, coriander leaves and then mix it.

    Take slice of bread and spread dough of potatoes,
    Take another bread and cover it.

    Take a cookie cutter and then cut to make it look more beautiful

    Heat a pan and then spread the ghee. Put the bread in side the pan.
    Roast the sandwich when it turns into golden colour from both sides.

    Sandwich is ready for eating.
    You can serve it with tomato sauce and green chili sauce.
