In a heated pan pour cooking oil then shallots.Stir fry until shallots are aromatic then drop all the veggies.Mix it and pour one glass of water.Add black pepper and soy sauce mix then cover and simmer.until all the.veggies are half cook.Remove all veggies leaving only the sauce then dtop in glass noodle.Let the noodle absorbs the dauce then put back the veggies.Mix it and cook until all the sauce are dried.
