Maribate pork with soy and flour mix it properly then add egg

Cut eggplant into half then.Slice it into circle then cut it again into half.Lay flat 6 or 7 pieces and soread minced pork on top.Then slowly roll it to form like a flower.

Boil water in the steamer and steam for 20 mins.While steaming cook the sauce.

When done steamung remove it and drain the water scoop the sauce and pour it on top.
