Steps

Take all-purpose flour in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of oil, salt as required. Knead a little hard dough. Keep it aside for 10 mins.

For Stuffing:-
Finely chop cabbage and capsicum.
Add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped veggies, salt and pepper as per ur taste. Saute for 2 mins. Keep it aside. - 3
Make small round roti shapes of the dough and add 1tbsp of stuffing and make the shape of momos of your choice.

Take 2cups of water in a idli maker. Let it boil. Greese the idli plates with little oil. Put momos. Put the plates in idli maker. Cover the lid and let it steam for 10minutes on medium flame. Remove after 10 minutes.

For momos sauce:-
Boil tomato and red chillies for 5minutes. Now blend it by adding salt. Let it cool. - 6
Serve hot momos with sizzling sauce.
