Cooking Instructions

Get chicken meat off the bone and chop it up.

Simmer chicken broth in the pot until hot, add sour cream and mix well. Whisk in flour until mixture thickens and keep whisking until uniform consistency.

Add chicken and chopped mushrooms to mixture and cook until mushrooms are tender.

Pour the mixture into four little baking pots, leaving some space on top. Cover the top with shredded cheese.

Broil in the oven until the cheese is golden brown
