Steps

In a plate pour your spices 1/4 teaspoon each and mix them. In my case I used, Royco, paprika, mixed herbs and black pepper.

Rub the spices on your kienyeji chicken all round
- 3
In your instant pot, place your garlic cloves, tomatoes and onion with some salt. Then add in the 150ml of water. (this will make some nice gravy when thr chicken is ready)

Place your tivet (optional) and place your chicken pieces carefully on top of the tomatoes and onions. Pressurecook for 30 mins.

Enjoy your chicken with Ugali or with an accompaniment of choice.
