Known by several different names, these sweet, rich coco-nutty bars are super buttery and moist, and will undoubtedly make your mouth happy.

I tried these bars at a local bakery and the bakery went out of business. I made them and created the same taste.

I heard about this from a Canadian and thought the name was interesting, so I searched for a recipe and tried making it.I used about 200 ml for 1 cup. I also substituted the heavy cream for milk. This has a ozzing carmel center. A cookie crust and chocolate on top. A little on the Sweet side. So one or two bites will curb your Sweet Tooth for a while. I took these with to work. Everyone Loved them.

I lost my recipe for these Bars, but my husband's Aunt came across it and cut it out. Putting it here so I won't lose it again. My dad's favorite cookie.
