1/2 cuppanko crumbs
1/2 teaspoondill

Marinate pork chops in garlic + and lime

Heat oil in pan

Mix dill and mayo. Dip pork chop in egg the panko, then dill mayo, then panko.

Fry each side on medium heat until crust is golden. If doing it in batches, keep warm in an oven.
