Wash and wipe raw mangoes very well.

Peel and then make cubs or slices as per your choice. Add salt.

Mix well and cover the container and keep aside for 4 days. Shake well once everyday.

Now raw mangoes become tender. Than add turmric powder, chill powder and hing.

Mix it well and keep for two days in sunlight. Start using after 2-3 days.
