Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCooked/boiled rice
  2. 3 tbspCurd -
  3. 1Bread crumbs -
  4. tspChana dal -1/2
  5. Mustard seed-1/2tsp
  6. Jeera -1/2tsp
  7. Pickle (your favorite)
  8. All purpose flour (maid) -1tsp
  9. 4Rice Pappad-
  10. Pomegranate (if you like to add) optional

    Grind the boiled rice in your mixer without water in a consistency of making a ball shape with it.
    Add curd, salt and mix in a spoon with the grind rice. Keep it aside

    Now take the mustard seed,jeera seed & Chana dal for seasoning the curd rice
    Season it with a little oil and mix it with curd rice kept aside

    Mix all purpose flour with a pinch salt and pepper powder with water in watery consistency

    Now take the curd rice and make it in ball shape in your comfortable size and make a hole and fill it with your favorite pickle.

    Now dip the ball in all purpose flour and then coat it with bread crumbs repeat the same process one more time and keep the balls aside

    Now take the rice pappad and fry them in oil and crush them using hands, and coat the balls in crushed pappad.

    Take a kadai / pan pour oil, after the boil is in a good temperature for frying, fry the balls. Your delicious and easy afternoon fried curdrice or evening snacks curdrice fritters are ready.. serve it hot with ketchup
