Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all the ingredients except the ☆ ingredients in a bread maker and start the 'dough' function. Put the dry yeast in the yeast compartment.
- 2
After the first rise in the bread maker, divide the dough into 10~12 portions with a scraper and roll into balls.
- 3
To prevent it from drying, cover the dough with cling film and put a moist tea towel on top. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- 4
Roll the dough to into a cone shape (rather like a carrot) then flatten it out with a rolling pin. Roll up the dough from the wider end.
- 5
Place the rolls on a baking tray with the end of the roll on the bottom and with space in between. I can bake only 6 rolls at a time in our oven, so this is how I placed them on a baking tray.
- 6
I line a large microwave plate with parchment paper, and place the remaining 6 rolls on it. Cover with cling film and put on top of the oven for the second rising.
- 7
Put the 6 rolls on the baking tray in the oven, and allow to rise for the second rising for 40 minutes, using the oven's 'bread rising' function.
- 8
Brush the egg wash on top to glaze. Bake in a preheated 190℃ oven for about 8 minutes. Do the same with the rest of the rolls.

Cream Rolls with Choux Pastry Made In a Bread Maker Cream Rolls with Choux Pastry Made In a Bread Maker
It's really easy to make Kikomoe's custard cream recipe and Poku-chan's choux pastry recipe so I came up the idea of combining them with a bread recipe.Make sure to properly chill the custard cream. I recommend doubling the original recipe so that you don't run out. If you fill the cream rolls with more than 1 tablespoon of filling they may explode, so don't go too crazy! You can't make the choux pastry ahead, so make sure to start preparing your ingredients during the second bread dough proofing. If you follow these instructions closely, you shouldn't have any problems. Recipe by Gomeko cookpad.japan -

Basic Bread Dough For Butter Rolls Basic Bread Dough For Butter Rolls
Butter roll dough is the basic type used for snack breads.I have tried various ratios, and I am still experimenting...But this recipe is by far the best, so here it is.You can use margarine instead of butter! I used unsalted butter, so if using salted butter, reduce the amount of salt to about half. The standard-sized egg weighs approximately as follows;Medium-small size: 52 gExtra large sizes: 76 g (This is what I heard.)Use any leftover egg to glaze the rolls. When filling the rolls with sweet fillings, you can lessen the sweetness of your dough by reducing the amount of sugar to 10~18 g(or 5~9 g for 8 rolls). This is our family's standard bread dough. I used to use less butter in it, but I wanted the dough to have a more silky texture, so I settled on this amount. If dusting your work surface, use as little flour as possible!Make sure the dough doesn't dry out when it is rising or resting! When forming the dough, don't touch it more than is necessary!Bake this dough at high temperature for a short time!As long as you pay attention to these points, I guarantee that you can make delicious, light as air bread. Baby Milk Rolls (with a bread maker) Baby Milk Rolls (with a bread maker)
These are as soft and smooth as a baby's skin, even from the time of shaping the dough. I'm always amazed at how fluffy and soft they are even after baking.Jam and butter go well with their milky rich taste, but they're so good, I just pop them in my mouth as is.Dust the dough with flour and press in the cooking chopstick firmly, to make a clear indentation. If you use too little flour, or don't press hard enough, the indentation will disappear.
