Ingredients

  1. 1leek, sliced
  2. 5 rashersstreaky bacon
  3. 1large onion, diced
  4. 1large carrot, diced
  5. 2 litresmassels plant based chicken stock
  6. 1 tablespoonroast veg sprinkle
  7. 2 tablespoongarlic & herb salt
  8. 5washed white potatoes, peeled & diced
  9. 2chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
  10. 4celery sticks, sliced
  11. 2 packs2-minute chicken noodles (keep flavouring)
  12. 1 packinstant chicken noodle soup powder mix

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water in pot over stove, add potatoes and carrots under soft. In a large pot on medium hwat, fry up bacon, onion, leek, celery and noodle pack flavourings for 5 minutes.

    Pour stock into the large pot with bacon and veggies, add instant noodle mix, roast veg seasoning and garlic salt, and chicken. Bring to boil, add potatoes and carrots once soft. Break up noodles and pour in soup.

    Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes (or until noodles are nice and cooked). Serve garnished with chopped up shallots and freshly sliced buttered tiger bread.
