Crisp Chicken Tenderloin & Cheese Bake

I don't remember how I started making this dish, but I used to make it all the time when I got married and everything suddenly got very busy.
It's easy to make one serving so I usually make it for my son when he gets home from cram school.

Use non-stick aluminum foil. If you use regular foil, thinly coat it with oil.
It's awesome if you use a little bit of chicken and a ton of cheese! The cheese that sticks to the foil is nice and crisp.
The bread crumbs cook and brown quickly, so cover it quickly with foil and continue baking. Recipe by moj
