I heard that heating the meat slowly makes it tender, so I tried that method.
I remembered the taste of meat-miso from school lunch, so I flavored this dish with miso.

Place the meat in a pan before heating the pan.
Since you stir-fry without oil, a non-stick pan is suitable.
Add mayonnaise on the side if you like. Recipe by Iku..

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 gramsThinly sliced pork offcuts or pork offcuts
  2. 2 tbspeach ★Miso, mirin, sake
  3. 3 tsp★Sugar
  4. 2 tspeach ★Vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil
  5. 1 dash★Pepper
  6. 2 tsp※step 6 (★Grated ginger)
  7. For serving
  8. 1Mayonnaise if you like

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Chop the meat into your preferred size.

  2. 2

Put ★ ingredients and the meat in a bowl. Rub the meat so that it absorbs the sauce.

  3. 3

Spread it in a non-stick pan, and turn on the heat.

  4. 4

Stir-fry until it's cooked through. Serve on a plate and it's done. It easily burns, so adjust the heat accordingly.

  5. 5

I used red miso paste in this picture. The color is dark, but it's ok. It's rich and delicious.

  6. 6

If you add ginger, it will become a miso-ginger pork.

  7. 7

For those who like a sweet taste, or for kids, increase the amount of sugar to 3 teaspoons.
