Another delicious dessert recipe from my Mum! No bake and fast to make. It’s best to make this the night before. (I pulled a picture off the Internet but will update the picture when I make it again of my own!)

Ingredients

  1. 8- twinkies (I personally think the off brand called Cloud Cakes taste way better!)
  2. 8oz- cream cheese (softened)
  3. 1can- eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1small container- cool whip
  5. 1small tub- sweetened frozen strawberries (Thaw in sink completely before making this. You can also use fresh if you prefer.)
  6. Bananas (Sliced. Maybe about 3-4)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

** This recipe fits in the baking dish under the 13x9 size. I think it’s the 11x7. You’ll have some twinkies leftover, but you can always double this recipe and make it in a 13x9 glass baking dish. *****

  2. 2

Split your twinkies, and lay cream side up. If you need to, cut twinkies to fit when you reach the last row. (I lay mine like in the first picture, but lay them however you prefer.)

  3. 3

Mix together with a hand mixer: cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and cool whip. Set aside when done.

  4. 4

Spoon strawberries and their juices over all of twinkies.

  5. 5

Slice bananas and lay them on top of strawberries. (This picture I just pulled off the Internet to show how to lay the bananas.)

  6. 6

Dump the cool whip mixture on top and spread evenly. Spread carefully as to not pull up the fruit. (Just another picture I pulled off the Internet.)

  7. 7

Put in the refrigerator and let it stay in there overnight for everything to blend and marry together. Enjoy!
