The longer it sits and is reheated, the more the flavors soak in and become amazing!

I really love pork, especially the fat, so this time I'm making homemade soy sauce braised pig's feet.
The longer it sits and is reheated, the more the flavors soak in and become amazing!

Clean the pig's foot, then boil water and soak it for 30 seconds to 1 minute (to remove the blood smell), then drain.

Briefly sauté the pork using a little oil.

Sauté the garlic, shallots, and ginger until fragrant, then add the other seasonings and mix well.

Add the pork and stir well. Then add a little water while stirring.

Add water until almost full, then cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Add more water and simmer again over medium-low heat for 1 hour until the meat is tender and the flavors are absorbed.
