  1. 1 cupcooked chickpeas
  2. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  4. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/8 teaspooncumin
  6. 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper
  7. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper

    Dry the chickpeas well, preferably letting them air dry for one or two hours to ensure they are completely dry. Prepare the rest of the ingredients. Mix the seasonings.

    Mix the chickpeas with the oil and seasonings. Place in the air fryer basket and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until toasted. Shake occasionally to ensure even browning. Test if they are crispy or leave for another 5 minutes.

    Eat them as is, or sprinkle over any salad. In theory, it's 1/4 cup per person, but few are satisfied with that portion.
