I like to skip the syrup and eat them straight, but for those that love syrup, they're great for dipping! (Also you can make a huge batch ahead of time and freeze them for easy heat and eat breakfasts for school days!) Deanna Giuliani -

Warm, crispy toast with a cinnamon-sugar topping and some Quebec maple syrup. Whipped cream, fresh fruit, or fruit preserves are excellent additions to this sweet breakfast. Adjust the level of sugar to your liking. You can also make it savoury by omitting the sweet stuff and going with herbs! Try rosemary and paprika, and grease the pan with olive oil instead of butter. Italian seasoning works too.Kit

Mama's Cafe French Toast Mama's Cafe French Toast
This recipe is wonderful! It can be changed up as often as you wish.My kids love it and we all love the varieties. We also love to make multiple flavors up ahead of time then freeze them so all the kids have to do is pop them in the toaster to reheat them in the morning. It saves money on buying the frozen breakfast at the grocery store. Cherie
