Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop the meat into bite-sizes. Rub in the ★ condiments and marinate.
- 2
Also cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the stem thinly - otherwise it's hard to eat.

Mince garlic and ginger.
- 4
Pour sesame oil in a pan. Heat the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 5
Add meat and grill until browned.
- 6
Add cabbage and cook until soft. Mix the yuzu pepper, and season with salt and pepper to finish. It tastes better if it's seasoned well with salt!
- 7
Dish it up and serve!

Chikuwa and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry with Yuzu Pepper and Mayo Chikuwa and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry with Yuzu Pepper and Mayo
I usually stock up on chikuwa because I love fish cakes so much. One day, I realized that the expiration dates were getting close. I wanted to use them up since I already had another bag in the freezer. This recipe is a new variation of the "Pork Stir Fry with Yuzu Pepper and Mayo" that I posted in the past. The chikuwa I used were thin. You could also use king oyster mushrooms instead of shimeji. Make sure the heat is high throughout the process. I recommend adding freshly ground black pepper to finish. You could use sansho peppers instead, or add bonito flakes as an accent. For 2 servings. Spring cabbage and pork stir-fry with miso and oyster sauce Spring cabbage and pork stir-fry with miso and oyster sauce
I wanted to make a good use of spring cabbage. The flavour of miso and oyster sauce mix is absolutely delicious.I used 2 large leaves of cabbage for this recipe. If your cabbage seems smaller in size, I would suggest you using a little more than that (3 to 4 leaves). The sauce is quite rich in flavour so you can be generous with the amount of vegetables you add to the pan. The finished dish will be as delicious if you swap japanese leek with onion. Recipe by Nanohana cookpad.japan -
Shrimp and Avocado Stir Fry with Yuzu Pepper Shrimp and Avocado Stir Fry with Yuzu Pepper
I wanted to create an appetizer that could be made quickly and went with beer and was Japanese-flavored and spicy. So I came up with this recipe. I love yuzu pepper so I added it to a standard formula for Japanese-style flavoring.Use whatever type of shrimp you like. The photo shows Taisho shrimp. If the shrimp are big, cut into 2-3 cm pieces, about the same size as the avocado cubes.During Step 1, if you're using frozen shrimp, or feel that the shrimp you're using are not the freshest, marinate in sake. (If the shrimp are fresh you can omit this step.) Recipe by Mawaru7 cookpad.japan -

Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper
I think this is a pretty ordinary recipe, but it's too simple, so it doesn't come up in a search. And I thought that rather than just stir-frying, following just a few helpful hints could make this common dish really delicious, so I decided to post this recipe. We use an electircal cooktop in our home. Since you do not directly salt the cabbage, its flavor really comes out and the flavor of the salt and peppered pork belly doesn't get too strong. It's healthy since no oil is used. The ingredients are cheap and it's ready in only 15 minutes, so it's convenient. Recipe by Rerere3brothers cookpad.japan -
