Are you a cheese lover? Let's make a dessert with that delicious cream cheese... Mmmmmhhh so tasty!
Cooking Instructions

Add the sugar to the flan mold, heat it, and stir until perfectly caramelized, then set aside.

Blend the eggs, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and vanilla.

Blend in two batches to avoid spills in the blender.

Pour into the flan mold, cover, and set aside. In a pressure cooker, place the rack to help cook the flan in a water bath.

Add water to the pot until it covers half of the flan mold, place the lid and valve, and cook on normal heat. When the pot starts to make noise, count 30 minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait for it to cool before opening the pot, and let the flan cool before unmolding. Done!
